- The submitter of the abstract is automatically assigned as the presenter – it is not possible to submit on behalf of another presenter
- Only one presenter may be assigned to each abstract except for conference workshops, pre-conference workshops and symposia where a maximum of 4 presenters may be assigned
- Up to 6 authors may be listed for each abstract; 10 authors may be listed for Research Paper and Doctoral Report Submissions
- Although multiple abstracts may be submitted by each presenter, it is unlikely more than one presentation per presenter will be accepted
- Pre-conference Workshops will be scheduled on either Friday 27 or Saturday 28 August 2021
- Face-to-Face and Remote presenters should be available to present at any time on Sunday 29 - Monday 30 August 2021 – we are unable to take requests for specific presentation days or times
- The deadline for submissions is midnight UK time on 15 November 2020 for PCW and Symposia Submissions; 5 December 2020 for Research Paper and Doctoral Reports Submissions and 5 February 2021 for all other submissions
- The submitter will be notified of the PCW and Symposia Submissions mid-December 2020; Research and Doctoral Reports mid-January 2021 and all other submissions by 15 April 2021.
- It is essential that presenters (face-to-face; remote and on-demand) are registered prior to 1 June 2021 and that payment is received within the timeframe stated on the registration site, in order to guarantee inclusion in the programme
- The final programme will be available in July 2021
